I suffered what seemed to be a critical suspension failure on my way back to Denver from Lake City and called this shop hoping to get the car looked at.

While they were totally booked and my car wasn't actually worked on here, I want to give a huge thanks to Juan for being a catalyst for resolving the problem. In contrast to the first three repair shops I spoke to on the phone, Juan asked me a few questions and then suggested a nearby shop that would likely be able to help me on short notice, rather than just turning me away with no help.

Great experience using JC Services. My diesel truck broke down while we were traveling through Gunnison. Juan squeeze it in and got it on the road again. Really appreciated their work.

No one better than Jaun and crew. This little shop is full of dedicated, knowledgeable, honest, (and fun) all around NICE people. Juan managed to squeeze us in the day after we called-he helped us so much, taught us even more (even though he is very busy). He still took the time to make us understand his reports and how to set up a good schedule to fix what we needed to fix now and when we needed to fix things later. We brought in our used car for a pre purchase inspection. He gave us a full overview and it was the best experience.
