The doctor was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything going on with the spine, pain, and headaches, showing detailed diagrams. Ryan, at the front desk Audrey, both had great customer care. Ryan took the time to answer questions in great detail on a level that could be understood, making sure patients were relaxed and breathing properly for the full benefit of the adjustment. The level of professionalism was high, and they seemed like they really gave a damn. Patients felt rushed at other locations, but at the Yosemite location, they were greeted like an old friend. Ryan remembered patients, and the adjustment felt thorough. Patients feel valued and taken care of as if they were family. Ryan is very respectful and takes great care, leaving patients feeling amazing when adjusted.
Showed up shortly after opening and the front desk said there would be a long wait since the only doc working was assisting two new patients. She checked me in and after I decided that I didn’t have time to wait, and the front desk was kind enough to ask where I was heading next and gave me a couple of other locations that I could try and stop into. I really appreciated her going above and beyond for me given how busy they were.
Dr D is a back and neck whisperer ! I have had multiple issues over the past few months and he has been a savior . I look forward to utilizing Dr D and The Joint staff many more times in the near future. Thank you 🙏 CC
Dr. Funk has been adjusting me for several months now, and I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about her. I’m a fairly large guy, but she has taken the time to learn how to adjust me properly and really make me feel great. She’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Every visit leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain or just need regular maintenance, I highly recommend Dr. Funk. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly excellent at what she does! Just saw Dr. DeMonico for the first time in a couple years, and he was as awesome as I remember!
