Natasha did an EXCELLENT job yesterday returning my hair to the way I like it to look. Had a BAD haircut experience at another location, let it grow LONG before deciding to try SC @ Arapahoe Marketplace. Natasha therefore had a LOT of hair to deal with, but she spent the extra time required and I am now her new "Natasha ONLY" customer when checking in online.

Y'all know the drill, guys. All of these stores do the same; however, this one is that good one. The under-10-minute-wait one almost guaranteed. If you're looking for a consistently smooth experience, come here. Just consider if the privilege of parking 10 steps away from the front door is worth the risk because that spot can be very busy at times. 5/5 still.

I've always gotten good haircuts here, primarily from Natasha. Never had a bad experience with anyone else either. The online check in is great, sometimes you have to wait after you arrive but that's ok because it's very unreasonable to think the stylists will just stop another guest's haircut in the middle of their cut. They won't just deny someone a haircut because there's an online check in within 15 minutes of a walk-in guest, that'd be ridiculous.
