Mark and Tommy were fantastic! This is our first experience with replacing a roof and they guided us the whole way. They worked back and forth with our insurance company to ensure that nothing was missed and we were covered for all damages. I will 100% use them again in the future.
I've had 10 roofs done on several properties and no one comes close to Roof Smith! Mark and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I received a quality roof in a timely manner. Look no further than Roof Smith!!! They go the extra mile.
Mark and his team responded very quickly to a wind damaged portion of my roof to mitigate further water damage to my drywall, etc. They put in a quick temporary fix and asked me for nothing even after they accessed the damage fully and sent a quote. Mark is a consummate professional, and I appreciate his efforts regardless of where this goes in the future. I fully endorse him and his company. Thank you sincerely, Mark.
