Communication is very lacking. For some reason refuses to engage in email or text communication with clients. Playing phone tag is so unnecessary in 2023. Felt scolded when asking for additional information on the products we were invested in after initial meeting. We moved our money elsewhere after realizing that our money hadn’t been actively managed or moved in the market at all during our time investing with R Kent Harris. Zero acknowledgment of departure. Can’t even get off the outdated email lists. Disappointing overall.
