Our family would like to recognize and Thank Mr. Larry Ford (Pella Technician) who made a service call to our home address about a month or two ago. We had just had our beautiful Pella Windows and sliding doors installed. We love them all! He was able to visit us immediately, and put in a parts order for the remaining items. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! We appreciate you Mr. Larry!! Sorry for the late post!
