I can’t say enough wonderful things about Anselan and Allyssa! Anselan is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. He has an incredible understanding of the body and somehow knows exactly what it needs, while also paying attention to the individual person and how they’re feeling. His knowledge, intuition, and genuine care make every session feel personalized and restorative. You can tell that he truly cares about helping people feel their best, and his work is exceptional.

I was in town for a graduation and my Hotel’s spa was closed for renovation. The front desk actually referred me to this specific Elements. Wow! This was next level. Such professional, yet personal attention to detail. I was only there an hour, but my therapist wanted to actually know about ME. What I needed. I left so relaxed that not only did the therapist get a great tip, but so did the Hotel clerk. She said Elements has always gone above and beyond any other local competition that the hotel trusts them with their reputation. I want to move to Denver now just to be close to this place! What I love most about Elements is that as soon as I walk in the door, I am the element. From sign in to walking out, I feel I am the center of the universe. I’m always greeted warmly, and what makes Elements so special is calming assurance that I’m not there to “get” a massage, I’m there for them to take away. Each visit is never “which massage do I want today” but “how do you need to be at the end?” They listen, they evaluate my holistic state, then the therapist begins the magic.
