The front office of this place used to be kind of a s*** show but now everything seems to be great. Dr. Axman is wonderful. doing a lot of the right things. Thank you so much!
I used to go here for years, and loved it. But then they switched to On-Point, and couldn't find my insurance and treated me like an idiot for it. I'd rather be sick than take that abuse.
Not once, not twice, but THREE times going there for some reason the staff deletes my appointment instead of checking me in. The front staff are not friendly at all and the medical assistant rush you. I had both my kids with me and my hands full and they didn't even offer to help me... Instead she literally looked down at the time pretty much telling me to hurry up. I also don't think it is right that they refuse to see you until your balance is paid in full. I will not be going here from now on and don't recommend anyone else to go either no matter how desperate you are.
