She's responsive, genial, and knows how to read the room, or in my case, she knows how to read the client's mood. More importantly, she knows how to address the mood appropriately, which I have appreciated beyond what I can put into words.

I have no hesitation in recommending Heather Rubinas as legal representation in a divorce process. I most appreciated her frankness and honesty. Unforeseeable circumstances introduced complexity into what looked like at the onset, a simple and straightforward case. Heather was able to handle all aspects without the need to hire additional help. On top of the expected legal expertise, she also helped me to focus on a good outcome, rather than winning a legal battle. She was assisted by her paralegal, Asta Ruokyte. Asta was a delight to deal with and very efficient.
