Bruce offered me 75% value on my heirloom gold which is better than you'll find anywhere else. He was kind, professional, and even took the time to teach a first-timer some of the finer points of the appraisal process. Highly recommend and I will for sure be returning with future business!
We first met Bruce in April 2023 when we were trying to find a jeweler who would take diamonds from a family ring and repurpose them for an engagement ring. We truthfully had no idea what we were doing and Bruce took the time to educate us on diamonds, gold, and custom jewelry. Bruce's knowledge and years of experience made us feel confident he was the right guy for the job. We explained what we wanted and then came back for a second meeting to review the design. Bruce was wonderful to work with! I lost my engagement ring and the gentleman who had made it previously was retired. Bruce made me feel comfortable and was incredibly patient while we took the time to design a new ring for me. He answered all our questions and is also remaking a ring I had previously that was too big. I am so grateful I ran across Bruce and Diamond Source Jewelers and look forward to many more purchases and designs in the future!
