Quality of services was fantastic and staff were friendly. However, five shirts and eight pieces of dry cleaning should not be $185.86. Dry cleaning is in excess of $15 per piece. Total price of service is not disclosed during drop-off unless you ask so my recommendation to the business is that there would be less reviews regarding price complaints if Dependable Cleaners would tell customers at time of drop-off the total cost due at pickup.

Safe to say I will not be a regular customer unless the price structure changes substantially.

I forgot to sell my dry cleaning off at my usual cleaners (see page for their review) and needed my suits ready same day. Of course I realized that my dry cleaning didn’t get dropped off at about 8:30 in the morning which is either too late or too close to the cutoff time for anyone who does offer same day.

The Holly St. location launders on site and you can drop off your clothes by 11am for pickup by 5:30 (although they usually are done before 4).

Two suits dry cleaned and two shirts laundered will set you back about $100 and that’s with their “suit set”’ discount. I have never in my life seen prices so outrageous and while they did a nice job at those rates… read full review

I've been using dependable cleaners for years, however this was my first time at this location. They did a fantastic job with multiple alterations. A huge thank you to Tish and John Paul for making sure the alterations were done ahead of schedule and at a great price. Highly recommend.Services: Laundry wash & fold
