Brian and his crew were amazing! He was able to get my roof replaced by insurance after dealing with other roofers not willing to make the effort. The savings are real. He really understands how to work with insurance companies and knows the business. Brian is highly professional and that comes across from the initial contact all the way through to the end of the project. Highly recommended on any roofing project.
Sorenson's put a new roof on our home in 2019. We selected the best shingle for living in an area with hail.
Last week our town had a huge hail storm and Brian contacted us about coming to inspect the roof. He drove 50 miles to look at our roof and let us know the hail stopped about 150 yards from our home. We so appreciated him taking the time to come check our home.
Sorensen roofing did a great job with our roof repair after hail damage! Their commitment to customer service extends well after the initial repair, as we reached out when looking to put our house on the market and the Sorensen team offered to come out and provide a drone inspection of the roof to help put buyers at ease. 7 years after the installation and everything looks as good as new - thank you to Brian and team!
