My husband and I happen to be out of town on a business trip and dealing with a faulty dishwasher. We called up Joshua and within the hour he had one of his guys (Kevin) headed to our house to meet my dad.

I cannot speak highly enough about Kevin and the service of Property Craft! When I thought I smelled mold in my bathroom and called him, he came right away. He is so thorough and professional, and he explains everything that he is going to do and possible outcomes. He completed the exploration and treatment of my bathroom very quickly and thoroughly. I also really appreciated that he referred me to an excellent plumber and also coordinated the replacement of my bathroom vanity and sink/plumbing with trusted, very profession, nice people to get the job done for me.
