Very happy to find Mindful Massage and Bodywork! I feel instant relief after my sessions and my body feel so much better in my day to day, even after a few sessions/months.If you’re looking for something to truly help you relax and find some pain relief, I would 100% recommend Mindful! Each session with Alicia has been different from the last, and each one has helped reduce the knots, tension, and pain I’m carrying. I was in an MVA a year ago and even with minor injuries they take a while to come back from, and this has been the biggest help in that.Treat yourself and get a massage, it’s a local business with very nice people who can and will help you feel better!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle Hykes. She combines multiple massage techniques, lymphatic work, and a variety of specialized tools to help me feel my best. I have aphysically demanding job; I know that I would not be able to do it without her. Longtime loyal client and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to feel their best.
