Mana Jo will take care of your hair and you! I’ve been on a dark hair color journey (blonde to brunette) and Jo is constantly looking out for my hair. I’ve been going to her for 2.5 years and she knows exactly what colors I want and she researches for products that will work for my hair. Every time I see her, she’s looking at my hair and talking about new techniques and products to keep my hair dark and cool. Jo is the most talented & professional, full service stylist I've ever had cut & style my hair. My hair is curly in spots & straight in others & this makes it very hard for me to make it look decent. She knows how to deal with my mixed hair & the way she cuts it brings out the natural curl. I always leave her salon feeling pretty & uplifted. Her prices are extremely reasonable & she has a wide variety of product to choose from, if you need something, but she doesn't push them on you. I have been going to Mana Jo's salon for 4 and 1/2 years. And each time I leave, I have a new found appreciation for life. I feel connected to my community, and I leave with a fabulous haircut. 👌 I could pop in at any time, and Jo is always happy to see me. She brings a lovely and welcoming presence to UNC and I am so grateful that I am still able to see this amazing lady every 6 weeks. Love ya, Jo! 😘
