This place was great! Took my PC in with a black screen after trying everything to fix it, and they had it fixed by the next day! And significantly cheaper then another place I had taken it to! Not only is my computer fixed, it’s running faster and better now too! Thanks!

They did a good thorough analysis of the health of my desktop tower, which is old and having speed and other issues, and showed me how it was doing after their repair, and were good at explaining the issues and ways to further remedy. (Mainly I need a new computer, which I fully agree with. They bought me some time before I have to do that). Only semi complaint is that it took quite a bit longer to complete the analysis than first communicated.

Very knowledgeable staff, I went in for a quick storage installation for my gaming PC, and I forgot his name but he was extremely helpful with my problem and even pointed out a couple faults with how my pc was actually put together and rearranged where my GPU should be at no cost. Was told it would be done in a hour and by it was done exactly by that. Will be returning for further computer assistance.
