Personally, I had a good experience. The nail tech I was with was really careful and knew her way around her work (unfortunately I didn't get her name). She did an excellent job! She made a small mistake and (usually im not one to say anything or interrupt them) she immediately fixed it and didn't make me feel bad for correcting her (usually they have a little attitude for the smallest correction or seem fed up). The only thing I had a small problem with was that I was told it'd be $55 (or more) depending what design I got and was charged $65 for a french tip ?↕️. Overall good experience.

Went in to get my nails done before a bachelorette trip. I initially had a hot pink cat eye, which was super cute but after I checked out I just wasn’t in love with the color. I went back in the same day and Terri helped me find a more muted color that I was satisfied with! She did a fabulous job checking with me to see if I absolutely loved the color before finishing my manicure. She fixed me up super quickly and I walked out feeling relieved and happy with the quality of service! They are super understanding of customer needs here and I will always recommend Terry!
