I forgot to post this earlier as I'm on vacation but one thing I know is that the home is secure. First Class Security is, well, 1st Class! Had trouble with the entry doors the day before I was to leave and the service rep came out that day and secured everything in 15 to 30 minutes. Could not ask for more from a security system company. Thank you for the many years of excellent service!

They helped us immensely through our first installation and then a second one after we moved. They have helped us with technical issues surrounding on site cameras and monitoring.
