I went in for a basic check up, and follow up for an ongoing tooth issue. I was embarrassed but figured "They see teeth all day, I'll be fine.." Not one person was judgemental or rude. Helped me schedule an appointment to fix my fillings, and my tooth issue was corrected within an hour. Maybe a little more, but I planned for it. Quick, painless and now I feel better about my smile again! Then, I took my daughter in for an appointment, and there was a slight miscommunication on my end, but they still helped ou and understood what I needed. She has another appointment coming up, and I'm not one bit worried. Totally recommend this location. Thank you!

Dr Sutherland was great. His hygienist not so great, had a lot of trouble doing xrays, had to repeat them several times ( uncomfortable& i gag easy ). She did not do a thorough job of polishi g or cleaning but she seemed to he in training or orientation. My appt was 7:45 but I waited a long time to get in, b/c they had to " verify" my dental insurance - which took a long time. I previously offered to bring my dental insurance info prior to the appointment but this is not their policy and was unacceptable. At least I know what to expect next time, that I may have to wait an hour or 2 for insurance verification. And the hygienist will have 6 months experience by that...read full review
