Very happy with the plumbing service. I had a leaking toilet shutoff valve that caused water damage to the bathroom ceiling below, so i called for help and Charles arrived within a few hours. charles was a joy to work with and took the time to fully inspect the leak, check the water lines, and explain the repair process in simple detail. He was honest and let me know a few things did not need to be done, which i really appreciated. Based on his advice, i decided to move forward with replacing an older water heater and an aging well water holding tank to help improve the plumbing system and avoid future issues. he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and careful with his… read full review
My toilet had come loose from the floor because the bolts were rusted and failed. I called Colorado Best Plumbers, and Pedro got me scheduled fast at a time that worked well for me. I also asked about replacing the shower control cartridges in both bathrooms since they were very old and not working like they should. Charles and Jerry arrived on time, explained the estimate clearly, and made sure I understood the full plumbing repair before starting. Once I approved the work, they got right to it. They reset the toilet properly, handled the shower valve cartridge replacements, and made sure everything was working the right way. Throughout the job, they were careful in… read full review
I got a notice in Greeley saying my home had used about 110K gallons of water, so I was worried there might be a slab leak or another hidden plumbing problem. I then followed up with the water audit technician, and they confirmed Jerry was right and that my house was not losing water. The issue was on the meter side, and they agreed to replace… read full review
