We replaced carpeting in 3 bedrooms, living area, hallway and 2 staircases- a big deal but Jonathan helped make it as easy as possible. He even found the same carpet we wanted and beat a competitors price! The installation crew was prompt, pleasant, efficient and cleaned up afterwards! We bought a house that had laminate installed by the builder in 2019, but we wanted the same in the bedrooms. Thankfully I called Carpet Exchange. They learned the flooring that is installed was manufactured in the USA, while the new product is made in Vietnam and doesn’t connect with the USA made. Jonathan was very helpful. I swear I called him at least 12 times, and each time he was as kind as he was on the first call. Taught me a lot about laminate. Mary also helped me and was also very kind. I’ll definitely do business with these guys again in the future.
We had about 1,200 sq ft of carpet installed. The project involved ripping out the existing carpet and pad, then laying down a new pad and cut pile carpet. It included four rooms, hallway and stairs. We also had about 40 linear feet of baseboard trim installed as part of the project.
Our Carpet Exchange install crew were very industrious and got the whole job done in one day. Carpet looks great. Work area (drive way and garage) were completely cleaned up,. Crew was both friendly and respectful.
