I was very happy with the customer service from Sierra Rick. Sierra came to the house and measured for my tearout of tile and install of new vinyl flooring. The estimate was very reasonable. She ordered the flooring and scheduled the installation. The installer did a fantastic job. Thanks for taking care of our needs Sierra!

Our experience with the Greeley Carpet Exchange exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we encountered no issues whatsoever. Christopher Mowers greeted us and quickly grasped our need to recarpet our home before selling it. He offered us fantastic options at affordable prices. Our follow-up interactions with him were equally pleasant, and even in his absence, the rest of the staff provided excellent assistance. The installation last weekend was a breeze; the crew was incredibly friendly, organized, and efficient. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this outstanding experience!

When the representative, Mr. Jonathon Smith told us that we could actually come very close to getting the color of carpet we desired he had samples sent to us review in our house and our lighting, a very helpful set of events. Carpet arrived and the the installers arrived with it and using our large size two real USA sized cars they did cutting there and also in roomy front hall. Curved stairs and upstairs hallway and bathroom were completed with new carpet in our desired color with a very comfortable walking pile. A very successful carpet operation completed to total satisfaction of customers.
