Burris has an unbelievably good customer service policy. I bought a USED rifle and scope. The scope was an old Burris C4 4.5-14x that did have working windage/elevation adjustment (seller said there was no issue…). I wrote to Burris and they said they’d fix it or replace it. They weren’t able to fix it so they credited me $399 towards another Burris scope! Truly incredible customer service. I now have an awesome, super clear Veracity 2-10x with first focal plane reticle. Can’t say enough good things about this company. They’re based in Colorado too!!
Purchased a new Veracity and upon mounting, setting found that the adjustments were not working properly. I contacted Burris, got an email response back, called and spoke to customer support, they set me up for a return to examine the scope, they sent me a UPS pre authorized shipping label and I sent the scope in. They received the scope on the 8th of September and within 3 days of them getting it I received an email back stating they were sending me a replacement. No questions asked, no issues with getting my scope looked at, they were super fast and honored the guarantee they advertise. I took an older signature series scope in to be fixed and it turned out that it was old enough to not be repairable. I was given an equal quality scope and the turn around was incredible as well as the awesome customer service! Burris has my vote on being one of the best optic manufacturers out there. 100% recommended their business and services. I back their products fully. Thank you, Burris!
