Our office rugs were in bad need of a cleaning. After being disappointed last time around we decided to give Bravo Carpet Cleaning and Care a try after reading other reviews. We are glad we did. The whole process from scheduling the estimate to the completion of the carpet cleaning service was professional and smooth. The waste water was absolutely disgusting which only prooved that they know what they are doing.
