WHY I AM GLAD I CHOSE BONNELL TO INSTALL A TAN VINYL FENCE AROUND THE BACK YARD OF MY HOME I learned that, installing a fence is way more difficult than it first appeared to a fussy old lady like me, that is why I am so glad I chose Bonnell Fencing to do my job. 1. Marketing manager Paul patiently created many many estimates for me over span of several years while I considered every possible type of fence product. 2. Owner Mike personally visited the property several times before and after work began, and conceived of customized solutions and innovative ideas 3. Crew foreman Tony was fantastic, both at customer service as well as crew supervision. He was uniquely sensitive to both the artistic as well as technical aspects. He personally took care of every little detail until I was totally satisfied, diligently watched over his crew, never left the job. 4. Quality of Bonnell beautiful tan vinyl product appears strong, as compared to the thin cheap kind offered by some competitor fence contractors, ----Glad I didn’t get the cheap kind which is made of composite and which doesn’t appear to hold up as well against wind, graffiti and fading as the Bonnell vinyl. 5. I felt quality of Bonnell installation was superior, with steel posts inside the vinyl posts at corners and on each fence post-- all posts dug in 2 feet below ground—and careful measurements 6. Bonnell provided superb creativity and customer service over and above the call of duty. For example, the team figured out what to do about the wavy, lopsided result caused by my uneven ground, so--they built up the fence, lengthened the posts and panels here and there, tinkered with it until it was aesthetically perfect and straight across 7. Bonnell overcame tedious challenges posed by the ugly imposing steel I-beams left over from my old fence; used a blowtorch to cut down the ugly old posts and/or installed vinyl over the old posts. 8. Bonnell adapted gates of customized lengths, to accommodate riding mower and garbage cans and sidewalk, with special locks and matching hardware 9. Bonnell repaired lawn sprinklers in the way 10. Bonnell creatively designed around garden areas for pleasing entrance gate appearance Now I have unquestionably the most beautiful fence in my neighborhood, and I am comforted knowing that, if my fence is damaged in the future, that Bonnell is a solid company with great reputation, years of experience, staying power, expertise, and ongoing willingness to help me Jeannene in Greeley, February 2018
