SCAM - Do not contract/subcontract for any scope of work. A close friend had an experience with the individual that owns/operates Billygoat Landscaping. Half of total project sum was paid up front. He did not purchase material or complete the job. He did not respond to any form of communication. He will not refund her money.

I wish minus was a rating. DO NOT hire this man for anything. He is a complete scam, a thief and lies about everything. Adam sat at my table where we wrote and signed a contract for fencing. He needed $800 cash for material, which I gave him. Of course I had him sign for it. He did not buy any material and I have not seen him since. He claimed that his 2 yr old son was hit by a car and had two broken femurs. Unbelievable and disgusting that he would use his child to scam people, but luckily another huge lie.
