I was ashamed for not taking care of my teeth for 20 years and it was very difficult process for me to start. Then I was recommended to dr Bagley office and it has been a remarkable experience. I have never once felt judgement from any staff member. Everyone is very kind and authentic. The atmosphere feels like home and safe and not scary! Dr set me up on a treatment plan and I’ve had multiple appointments and I still have more to go but my anxiety eases with every visit. Been looking for a new dentist for 2 years and I think Dr Bagley and his fabulous staff are it! Everyone is straight forward and professional. I felt cared for but not coddled. I was given detailed information about my dental needs, the best sequence to approach my complete care and what my cost would be. Because it has been 2 years since I've been to a dentist I have alot to tackle, but now I have a plan and someone to get me through it.
A very friendly staff, great customer service, and Dr Bagley is remarkable because of his honesty. He has not tried to up-sell me and he speaks openly about the ins and outs of different dental insurance companies with the patient’s welfare before his own!
