My experience with Vision clinics in the past has always been the same — rushed appointments, sighs of annoyance, and little to no personal interaction. It always felt like “do this, do that, then leave.” Apex Vision is the complete opposite.
The gentleman who did my pre-tests (I’m so upset I can’t remember his name!) was incredibly kind and patient with me, especially when I jumped at the puffs of air. At other offices, I always felt the need to apologize because the staff seemed annoyed by my reactions. But he reassured me that it was completely normal and made me feel so comfortable. His kindness and understanding truly stood out.

I can't say enough good things about my appointment!!! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with such friendly faces. The eye exam was VERY thorough! As we were moving our grandmother into hospice she broke her glasses. Dr Dinnebeck and staff were so helpful by fixing them and helping with a new frame to ease her anxiety. We are so grateful for them in our time of need. Thank you!
