As a woman dealing with issues with my auto, Julius was effective, knowledgeable, extremely kind, and so respectful to me. If the auto industry had honest and informative people just like Julius, I would not have anxiety, worry, or fear of being ripped off. Thank you Julius for being an amazing person. Had Julius come out and perform roadside service via progressive. He was professional and offered insight on any damages(or lack thereof) to allignment/tire rod. Reviews are like a resume for trade workers. He does good work, in and out in 15mins.
Julius was terrific to work with. He was very kind and caring. Took great care of my car and towed to my house when I wasn't home and parked it in a great place. He made the whole ordeal much easier.
