This company is terrific. They installed my new AC at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. John and Paco were timely, efficient and professional. Their communication on what was happening was great and they provided understandable information on how the new thermostat works. I highly recommend this company and their employees.
Air X-Treme provided excellent, professional service, during a very stressful time. When our furnace started malfunctioning, Air X-Treme discovered a very dangerous situation, caused by water leaking on the unit, and immediately shut the unit off. We were in a scary predicament, because of course the heater failed during the worst winter storm, with negative temperatures putting our tenants in danger. TJ, the owner, was phenomenal, giving us exceptional value on a replacement unit, and having his expert crew install it the next day. The technicians did excellent work. Linda at the office was also very professional and kind. Quality professionals and good humans--a very rare find these days! I recommend them highly!
After 3 others from other companies came to fix our fireplace, (telling us it needed to be replaced, for a minimum of $14,000). With recommendations from a neighbor, Jose from AirXtreme came, and within 2 hours had our problems diagnosed and fixed. The cost was very reasonable and Jose was knowledgeable, pleasant and timely. The previous $450 we spent on other companies is a lesson learned. Check out all your businesses before you hire them. Kathy and Doug Jensen
