We wanted to share with you all our AMAZING experience with a new service provider to our area. After seeing their facebook post, we reached out and could not be happier! We have been overwhelmed with the customer care experience of Mandy and Robert at Elite Heat. They have been incredibly responsive with excellent customer service, professional, and timely to start and complete our project. They made the system SO much better with less clutter that was observed from our decades long bandaids for our previous, original to the house of 43 years, water tank and boiler system. Rob and Mandy were beyond incredible. They were super helpful, quick and trustworthy. Rob installed a mini-split heat pump in our house and I can’t even begin to tell the the difference. Not only does it save insane amounts of electricity but we don’t need to use propane anymore (which was sucking the money out of our pockets!!) oh, and I can’t forget the massive rebate we are getting from Mountain Parks Electric!! Rob was fast, got our install done quick and even came back to walk us through the new system. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Thanks so much Rob and Mandy!
