This place is completely amazing. I've struggled with chronic neck and shoulder pain following a car accident and a bad bike crash for the past two years and I've tried lots of different treatments. The biggest difference about the care at Grand Valley PT (other than how great my body is feeling after just a few weeks) is how much I learn every time I go. Josh has taught me so much about how my muscles actually work and what's really going on in there, which makes me feel empowered to take control of my own healing. A cyclist for over 30 years and Josh and his team have been of great help to me. Connected with both Bobbi and Josh right away. Both very knowledgeable and provided me with take-home therapy routines that worked very well. I've seen many PT services over the years...this one has really worked. Highly Recommended.
