Root salon is the most amazing place! You are always greeted with a smile and kindness. For hair, I see Kelly Rae. She is the best!!! She literally has transformed my hair from blotchy and discolored to new and fresh. She uses hair gloss and it’s better than permanent hair dye. It makes my hair appear shiny and glossy! Kelly is also amazing at cutting hair, she cuts the exact amount you want. She always finishes my appointment by styling it, which I am very thankful for.
Kelly also does child hair cuts. She did my daughters and it was cheap and easy for me to maintain.
