I called earlier this week to schedule an annual maintenance on my gas furnace & was told I’d receive a call back to schedule an appointment. I called again this AM & was told someone would call me back immediately. Scott called within minutes & said he could be here within the hour! I was more than pleased. Scott was timely, professional, & knowledgeable. He answered my numerous questions & reassured me there is up to 5-10 years of life expectancy in my furnace. I will definitely be a return customer next year!

We arrived to our cabin to find it a chilly 32 degrees- upon discovering the ignition switch was broken on our furnace - we called Granby Heating and Sheet Metal. We were sent a technician, Gary, in less than hour from our phone call.
