Great company that I would recommend to anyone needing help with a garage door! I called mid morning with a problem I was having with my garage door and left a message describing the problem. I unexpectedly received a call back in five minutes from John. After listening to the issue I was having, John told me what he believed it was and told me he would locate a new part and let me know when he could come out to work on it. In about an hour, John called back letting me know he had the part and could be out to install it in 45 minutes. He showed up, installed the part, serviced and adjusted the door promptly and professionally for a very reasonable price! Thanks!
I have known and used Arctic Door company for over 15 years. John has always been able to show up and help me when I needed help with my door opener or changing the height of the opening. Professional and personable with my garage door issues. Just recently Someone ran into the door when backing out, ( not saying who it was...), and John was able to fix and replace one of the cross braces, and lower rubber seal to bring the closing back to tight...
Wow what a wonderful guy J.Mintken is I called today. He called back the same day! Also I told him my problem and he came over after an appointment he already had. In minutes he figured out the problem and had fixed it! Threaded the rubber at the bottom of my door in no time! This is what I remember Grand County being years ago, there with a helpful hand, smile and a solution all in one day! Thank you so much Patti Hawks
