As others are saying, they never send you a bill but then you get texts from a debt collector 4 months later. I owed $6, which I had no issue paying. They just never actually mailed out the bill so I didn't know it existed. Total BS. Go somewhere else. I've never had an issue with health images.
I have never received medical bill in the mail, instead personal information sent to collector. My insurance shows the charge got taken care of months ago, but I still got message from collector.
I too am getting scam calls saying I owe money when I already paid my bill. After researching it more, I paid a bill I should not have paid because my insurance deductible was met, now they are saying I still owe the money and like other reviewers I never recieved any bill or statement in the mail, only a collections call. This company should be sued. Anyone want to file a class action against them?
