This company is a scam, called multiple times for a bill I didn't have and continued asking for payment information, most likely to to charge fraudulently. Stay away from this company.

One of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with. I did not receive any bill, but was sent to collections. Companies like this are part of the reason this country has a terrible healthcare system, all about profit and zero compassion or care, as long as they get paid.

I received a sketchy text message from a debt collector that I owed a balance from this office. I called the office number from this Google listing and connected with the billing department. Ann was helpful but couldn’t really help my situation. Apparently I am being billed for $24 for a visit from December 30, 2022…. I’ve never been to their location, she says it was from a partnership that they have with an office I visited on that day. Co Imaging has my address wrong and failed to attempt to reach out to me all these years.
