I initially had a frustrating experience with US Forced Air due to a scheduling and communication issue. However, the company owner personally reached out and made things right. He fit me in despite a busy schedule, resolved the problems, and had my system running the same day. I truly appreciate the effort and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We're very happy with the service provided by US Forced Air (Thomas) in installing a new whole-house steam humidifier in our Glenwood Springs home. We obtained bids from three Heating/AC businesses in the Glenwood Springs area, but US Forced Air was the most responsive of the three contractors and also had the lowest (most realistic) bid. We were favorably impressed with Thomas right from the start when he offered a couple of excellent suggestions on humidifier installation options during his first visit. During the installation we were impressed with how meticulous Thomas was installing and testing the humidifier. US Forced Air's slogan, "You'll be comfortable with us", is true! We'll be relying on US Forced Air for all our Heating & AC needs.

If you want honest, straightforward service — without the run-around so typical in furnace repair — call Thomas. His company, US Forced Air, is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I called him after hassling for a year with Pacific Sheet Metal about second-rate, incomplete repair work and over-billing, and he nailed the latest issue in 5 minutes, educating (empowering) me in the process. I had used PSM for over 5 years. They just lost a loyal customer. I’m calling Thomas from now on!
