I took my iPad in for something I could not figure out. They solved my minor problem quickly with no charge. Also, before my husband retired, he took all of his computers and laptops to them for service.

I've had Kevin repair all of our computer issues for several years. He's extremely knowledgeable, has found parts for an old computer that we never thought possible, AND has always been very fair with pricing. I currently have an issue and I am choosing to wait until Jan 2 to take my computer to him (he's closed for the holidays) rather than go to just anyone. That's how good he is and how much I trust him!

Kevin is my favorite wizard. He built me a computer a while ago...windows 7. I sent him a panic email about updating to windows 10. A very fast reply let me know I could do it, and gave me a link to do so. Even though I have moved 2000 miles away, I like that he is still there for me.
