I've been dissatisfied with my hairstyle for some time, so during the pandemic, I figured I'd grow it out. Because of my hair, I was self-conscious and mainly wore a hat for years. Anyway, my Mom recommended Kelly (Owner of Fiore') to cut my hair. Note, If my Mom recommends someone... you know they are good. Kelly cut my hair, and It was the best haircut I've had in a dog's age. I feel a lot more confident now. Thank you, Kelly! Note I don't live in New Castle, and it was very much worth the drive!!
