Very disappointing. At least the phlebotomy experience was decent. I never felt the needle. She used the butterfly needle which is my preferred way of having blood drawn. But I shouldn't have had to go find someone to do it. I was left waiting in the room a long time. The staff was courteous, just not real efficient at some things. For instance, a urine test should've been done but was never done. I remembered as I was leaving. I went back in to inquire about it but was told I'd have to wait again for a while in the lobby. I chose not to. I was already there for a long time. The receptionist had tried to contact the assistant but no response. So I finally left.
I've been a patient there for a few years. I've always been seen within a few minutes of my appointment if not earlier then my scheduled appointment. I like my doctor there.
I have always been taken care of with the utmost respect and courtesy. The Drs and their team are truly great I would never want to go anywhere else for my care. It is hard for me to go to a Dr and the very first time I went there I was totally comfortable and my worries were gone. I have been with the mfhc for many years. It's sad to see someone be so negative. It's not a real thingSometimes you get what you give.
