Josh, the owner, is a professional, very knowledgeable. We solved my issue quickly and reasonably. If you need the services of a reputable locksmith in the Glenwood Springs area he’s definitely a great choice.
Josh was very accommodating, fair, and gracious when I had him copy a few keys for me. He responded in a very timely manner to my call/text. He also recently rescued guests staying at our vacation rental when they locked themselves out. Josh was very professional and understanding. Gene's Lock and Key is convenient located in downtown Glenwood Springs and are easy to work with. Thank you, Josh!
