Longtime loyal customer of Dr. Carsten. Dr Carsten and staff always go above and beyond in caring, professionalism, and accommodating the needs of my pets. They create a stress free and calm environment that puts my pets at ease. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of my beloved pets. Most importantly, their end of life care is gentle, appropriate, sensitive and supportive. I’ve recommend them many times and have always received excellent feedback.

A year and a half ago, my senior blue heeler mix came down with an immune compromising disease. She literally lost all her hair ( horror movie like) in big patches. It was very scary. We thought we was loosing our fur baby. But Dr. Carsten is a miracle worker and was able to save her. I am glad to say she has grown all her hair back and is nearly at 100 percent. She is a happy vocal dog again and it's all thanks to Dr. Carsten and the staff at the Birch Tree Animal Hospital!!

Dr. Carsten and staff are great with my puppy! I've been going there for a year and they are gentle with her, they answer my questions, and clearly explain the exam and vaccines. Highly recommend!
