I have so may good things to say about Alisha that it is hard to narrow down. Alisha has her pulse on the local housing market and knows the area exceptionally well. She spent time with us finding out what we really wanted in a home. This helped us to clarify for ourselves what really mattered to us and made our search much easier. Once we found the home we wanted, Alisha's skill and knowledge of the real estate world was an incredible asset. She helped us negotiate our way to a closing. Alisha has a gentle way about her that makes one feel comfortable yet at the same time she is a firm negotiator. We are now in a home that we really really love. I would recommend her hands down for anyone looking to buy a home.

Wow. There is just so much to like. As a seller, I appreciated her ethical approach to selling. Our community isn't large, and we wanted to be able to look our buyers in the eye when we met in the grocery store, after the sale. She accomplished that task, while representing our interests throughout the sale process. Her knowledge of the market, of the HOA requirements, and of the City requirements gave us complete peace of mind. Of equal importance to us was working with someone who said what they were going to do, and then did it when they said they would. We haven't found that to be the case very often lately, but Alisha never disappointed us. Alisha is completely organized, and we would not hesitate to give her a 5 star rating.
