Please save yourself a nightmare situation and do not hire this company. Installed our roof few years ago, the replacement process took almost a year. They removed old material and left us with only the blue underlayment for the winter. Crews would show up randomly with no heads up and start demanding cars be moved from their worksite. Would sometimes be days or weeks in between workers showing up. Forget about getting John Stowe or project manager to answer a phone call. We now have 8 units with water leaks and Mr. Stowe has nothing to say. Snow fences were installed by ace and have only shown that the metal seams were poorly installed and the questionable 'vent holes'...read full review

Total scam. They have no idea how to build roofs to last the Colorado winter. They replaced our roof three years ago. We have had leaks the last two winters with icicles in our garage. We've contacted them repeatedly with no answer. AVOID THESE CROOKS.

Do not book this company, they are crooks! They will take your money, and then they will not answer the phone, and if they do they are extremely rude! They took our old roof off the building in August, and left us without a roof the whole winter. They came back in March to finish the roof, and since then we have nothing but problems, and our new roof is leaking!! It is still in warranty, but guess what... they are not answering the phone!! SCAMMERS!!
