I was seeking a consultation for a lopsided septum piercing from another studio in Denver, and Krisha was very thorough with explaining my options to realign it — we ended up repiercing it on the fly with a nicer CBR. Phantom’s front desk staff were very accommodating as well, and the shop has a ton of great jewelry options.“

“The entire team was so helpful during my curation appointment and helping me select the earrings for the 5 piercings I had done; a third lobe piercing in each ear, a conch and helix in my right ear, and forward helix in my left ear. The aftercare instructions are very thorough, broken down by week and piercing type including downsizing times. I will be back for additional ear curation once everything has healed. “10/10 experience. I had recently gotten a septum piercing at a different shop, however the ring was too narrow to flip. I unexpectedly needed something I could flip for work and was in a bind with needing it by the next day. There didn’t seem to be an easy answer for the gauge that was used, available rings, etc, so Saint Street matched my gauge size and bent the ring themselves to swap out my jewelry. The changing process was painless they really did their best to make sure I walked away happy. And not only that, so affordable! Should have come here for my piercing originally!!
