My mother Ann Toney is a patient and had a bad accident, she is stuck in a hospital and needs Dr. Marsh's help, but calling this office no one cares and just constant hold times with no one even being willing to write down my mom's number at the hospital to reach her. If you see this, Dr. Marsh please help

Update: I missed a call from Cathy at the clinic by like ten seconds and tried calling back numerous times but kept getting rude inept one medical operators. MY MOTHER IS IN SERIOUS CONDITION AND NEEDS DR MARSHS HELP AND THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO THE CLINIC

She went to medical school in TX. How she got into Stanford is beyond me. She can’t even fill out a death certificate properly. You would think a geriatric specialist would be familiar with that process.

My experience with Iora primary Care has been excellent they're very kind and generous they're accustomed to dealing with older clients as well as those who are high maintenance and so Iora primary care has been magnificent the other care providers that I've been with ior not worth mentioning
