    Thank goodness for Lori's expertise! We were in immediate need of a home for my Mom and didn't know where to start. We have purchased several homes in the past but we had never purchased an investment property much less an older home. Her insight saved us from purchasing a money pit and directed us to a suitable home and neighborhood for my Mom. Her bubbly and caring personality was so appreciated while we went through this situation.

    Lynn Grosse was our agent to sell our home in Glade Park in the WINTER of 2017-18. She pulled it off and we closed five months from putting it on the market with the holidays sandwiched in that time frame. It was a miracle and we are grateful for Lynn's expertise. She is a great gal, too!
