“I’ve tried Pilates with Jackie and Gyrokinesis with Lillian at this studio. Both were excellent. Jackie gives great direction and insight as a Pilates instructor. She moved slowly for my first private class to ensure that I was aligned, recruiting the right muscles etc. I can’t wait for my next one!

Gyro with Lillian was super interesting and challenged my body and mind in the best way. Known as yoga for dancers, this practice focused on alignment and expansion while using the machines specialized for this practice. I felt taller and more open afterwards. It’s different than anything I’ve done before. Lillian made it fun and interesting! She has such a lovely energy which kept things approachable and low pressure.
