After a different local company came out twice and didn't fix the problem, Mountain Goat Mechanical fixed it first try and at half the cost. I will use them exclusively from now on.

They helped me though an inspection of a property pre-closing on short notice.
The entire team was very profession and quick to assist. I will look to use them in the future.

Customer service starts at the initial phone call. Lauren was amazing. After I explained what I had been told was the problem, she scheduled a hard date for the work - a couple of weeks out. Once I saw the problem for myself I realized it was a bigger issue. Back on the phone with Lauren and Jay showed up soon thereafter.
Jay immediately knew what the problem was and started the replacement and repairs. Personable and knowledgeable. It was an education to see him work.
Job finished and we scheduled for a few other non-emergency repairs/updates.
