Nothing but a professional and positive experience with Caliber in Frederick. I read some reviews online and proceeded cautiously as I have dealt with Caliber several times over the last 15 years and was skeptical about the negative reviews. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. Ashton, the service estimator was extremely professional. After a conversation, we settled on a timeline and a plan. Rosemary was wonderful! The weather did not allow me to wash my vehicle before I dropped it off and they took care of it and returned it spotless with amazing workmanship. Looks like a brand new truck.
The team at Caliber Collision is incredibly efficient and friendly. The office manager Sydnee Plessinger was communicative and ensured things moved in a timely manner. The body tech (Gabe) did an outstanding job on my car, perfectly matching the paint when repairing the bumper and side panel. You'd never guess it was ever in an accident!
