We’ve had to call on Ben a couple of times (once for the heater, now for the A/C), and he’s not only been courteous and informative, he genuinely wants to help us save money when possible. AND — get this — he’s offered to come out after-hours. We had an appointment set for Friday late afternoon, and he called Thursday evening to say he was nearby and would we like him to swing by. Who does that?!? Aire Serv, that’s who. I’m happy to have them on our side.
Great quality service, clearly knows what he’s doing by explaining every step of the way with the parts and labor to ensure the customer understands what he’s working on and how to keep it upheld, he worked on my water heater and had it done in about 20 min, super nice and very helpful.
